NCEM PARTNERSHIP
The NCEM promotes public understanding and enjoyment of early music through historically informed performances, festivals and digital technology, supported by a clearly focused learning and participation programme, promoted locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.
YBC has a longstanding association with the NCEM and regularly appeared at music festivals in York. The choir regularly performs at the annual Christmas Early Music Festival typically performing one of the larger pieces in the 18th century choral repertoire with accompaniment from the Yorkshire Baroque Soloists. We really value this partnership.
